Copy Supervisor

Job Purpose

The Copy Supervisor will lead the creative content team to deliver impactful, brand-aligned communication across platforms.

  • Responsible for strategic content creation, quality control, and guiding the team in meeting campaign and brand objectives.
  • Acts as the creative point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring timely execution and innovation in content delivery.

Role Responsibilities & Deliverables:


1. Functional

  • Ensure team adherence to brand guidelines and positioning to create high-quality content that effectively communicates the brand's message and identity
  • Take a hands-on approach by actively creating compelling social media, SEO, website, and blog content, scripts, and storyboards
  • Attend campaign briefings by the Account Management team, decode the requirements, and infuse creative insights and strategic elements into the brief
  • Decode brand guidelines and positioning to create high-quality content to effectively communicate the brand's message and identity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate and conceptualize weekly/monthly content, pitches, and campaigns
  • Supervise aesthetic checks and edits during pre-production, production, and attend shoots and music recordings
  • Quality check the content created by juniors and provide feedback and direction
  • Attain the desired creative output by comprehending and implementing feedback effectively
  • Review and add creative direction to presentations for client & internal meetings
  • Act as the first POC for creative solutions and escalations

2. Research & Ideas

  • Ensure accurate Competitive and industry analysis to identify trends, new content formats and explore opportunities for experimentation
  • Set a path to tech-driven, innovative ideas and conceptual breakthroughs
  • Develop compelling case studies for use in award submissions and partnerships

3. Team

  • Ensure accurate Competitive and industry analysis to identify trends, new content formats, and explore opportunities for experimentation
  • Set a path to tech-driven, innovative ideas and conceptual breakthroughs
  • Develop compelling case studies for use in award submissions and partnerships
  • Conduct weekly team meetings to track progress, provide feedback, and mentor teams for proactive problem-solving on client-side and internally
  • Work with the L&D team to structure training programs that directly impact work quality along with specific competencies
  • Promote a culture of research and self-development within the team while organizing regular one-on-one feedback discussions with team members
  • Hire capable, independent resources that can understand, communicate, and execute client briefs accurately

4. Communication:

  • Daily client communication & strong relationship
